Adults only

You must be at least 18 and complete required verification before discovery, joining activities, or contacting other members.

Accounts and personas

You are responsible for your account, passkeys, and activity. Dating, Travel, and Events personas may present different names, photos, and stories, but they remain subject to one account-wide trust, block, enforcement, and purchase history. Do not use a persona to impersonate someone or evade a restriction.

Service and safety boundaries

PairAndGo helps adults discover people and activities; it does not guarantee compatibility, identity beyond the stated checks, intentions, attendance, travel safety, or any outcome. Make independent travel, lodging, transport, financial, and personal-safety decisions.

Respect consent and safety

Do not harass, deceive, threaten, exploit, or evade another member's block. Report unsafe conduct and respect every person's decision to stop contact.

The Acceptable Use Policy, Trust & Safety Policy, Non-Consensual Content Policy, Takedown and Appeals Process, and Verification Disclosure are incorporated into these Terms.

Human trafficking, exploitation, and abuse

PairAndGo strictly prohibits human trafficking, including sex trafficking and every form of sexual exploitation. You must not use PairAndGo to recruit, solicit, advertise, transport, transfer, harbor, arrange, control, threaten, coerce, or exploit another person.

You must not aid, abet, encourage, coordinate, conceal, benefit from, or otherwise facilitate abuse, human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labor, sexual violence, non-consensual sexual contact, or sexual coercion. This prohibition applies to profiles, photos, messages, trips, events, walks, introductions, gifts, links, and every other interaction on or arranged through PairAndGo.

PairAndGo may immediately restrict access, preserve relevant available records, investigate, and report conduct to appropriate authorities or legally designated reporting bodies when required by applicable law. Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant PairAndGo a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, adapt for technical delivery, and display content only as needed to operate the visibility and sharing choices you make, protect the service, and comply with law. You represent that you have the rights and consent needed to submit it.

PG Coins

PG Coins are optional closed-loop digital credits delivered to the purchaser's PairAndGo wallet after Stripe confirms payment. Prices and currency are shown before checkout. They are not money, deposits, stored value, or transferable property and cannot be withdrawn, resold, or converted to cash. Core matching, messaging, verification, and safety remain free. Full refunds

Every completed PG Coin purchase is fully refundable under our published policy. Read the refund policy.

Restriction and termination

You may stop using PairAndGo and request account deletion through account settings. PairAndGo may remove content, restrict features, require renewed verification, suspend, or close accounts to enforce these Terms, protect people or the service, or comply with law. Applicable appeal rights and data-retention obligations survive account closure.

Service availability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, PairAndGo disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for independent conduct, travel arrangements, or transactions between members. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be published with an updated effective date. Continued use after a change takes effect means the revised Terms apply, except where law requires additional notice or consent.
