PG Coin purchases
Full refund policy
Every completed PG Coin purchase is fully refundable. PairAndGo does not charge a refund fee.
Effective date: September 9, 2026
What is refundable
You may request a refund of the full amount paid for any completed PG Coin pack, whether or not some or all of its coins have been used. We do not sell subscriptions or physical goods, so there are no recurring-payment cancellations, returns or shipping terms. An incomplete or cancelled checkout is not charged.
How to request a refund
Use Contact us while signed in and select or write “PG Coin refund” as the subject. Identify the purchase by its date or receipt; never send a full card number or CVC. We may confirm that the requester owns the account and purchase, but we do not require a reason and do not deny an otherwise valid full-refund request because coins were used.
Effect on coins and extras
After a refund, PairAndGo reverses the PG Coins credited by that purchase and may end active gifts, promotion time or other optional benefits funded by those coins. A refund cannot recall something another member already viewed, and it never removes access to free matching, safety or account controls.
Processing time
We normally initiate the full refund within two business days after matching the request to the purchase. Stripe then sends it to the original payment provider. Most customers see the credit or reversal in approximately 5–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment method; failed or delayed refunds can take longer to resolve.
Original payment method
Stripe returns funds only to the original payment method. A refund made shortly after purchase may appear as a reversal, meaning the original charge disappears rather than a separate credit appearing. If the provider reports a failed refund, contact us and we will investigate with Stripe.
Questions and disputes
Please contact us first so we can issue the full refund quickly. This request does not waive any dispute or consumer right provided by your card issuer or applicable law.
