Before discovery or contact

An account must satisfy the current identity, adult-age, live-presence, and uniqueness requirements before it can become discoverable or contact others. During the limited invitation release, trained staff may witness and record those assertions through the audited administration system. PairAndGo stores the decision and audit evidence, not raw identity documents, verification video, face templates, or reusable biometric data.

Public media and profiles

Public media is decoded, dimension-limited, metadata-stripped, and re-encoded. On-device camera guidance can check basic framing and image quality, but it is not facial recognition or identity verification. Uploaded trust photos require review; presentation photos remain subject to reporting and moderation.

Member controls

Blocking takes effect across the owning account. Reporting is available from profiles and interaction surfaces. Severe or repeated reports can temporarily restrict communication while authorized staff review the case.

Private and community messages

Private conversations are end-to-end encrypted and PairAndGo cannot silently read them. A reporter may deliberately disclose selected messages as evidence. Event or group community discussion is server-readable moderated content and is labeled differently.

High-risk content

Suspected child exploitation, human trafficking, sexual exploitation, sexual violence, non-consensual sexual contact, sexual coercion, credible threats, or imminent harm is contained and escalated. PairAndGo may restrict relevant accounts and interactions, preserve available records, conduct an authorized review, and report material to appropriate authorities or legally designated reporting bodies when required by applicable law. Access is limited to authorized personnel.

Working with law enforcement

PairAndGo verifies the requester and legal authority, reviews jurisdiction and scope, seeks to narrow invalid or overbroad demands, discloses only responsive data we lawfully possess, and records each preservation or disclosure action.
