Submit a report

Use the Report control on the relevant profile, media, trip, walk, event, or conversation. Signed-out people and members who cannot use the in-context control can use Contact us. Blocking, muting, or unmatching does not require a completed review.

Review

Reports are prioritized by severity and assigned to authorized reviewers. Review is limited to available public information, technical signals, account records, and evidence voluntarily disclosed by a reporter. Reporter identity and internal notes are not disclosed to the reported member.

Possible actions

PairAndGo may issue a warning, remove content, restrict a feature, require renewed verification, temporarily suspend, or permanently close an account. Immediate temporary containment may be used to reduce risk while review continues.

Appeal

When an appeal is legally and operationally available, the decision notice provides a reason category and appeal path. A reviewer who did not make the original decision evaluates the appeal. A successful appeal reverses the action where restoration remains possible; submitting an appeal does not automatically restore access.
